Craignesium is operated by Karol Bisaga (sole proprietor). This policy describes the information we collect when you use the Craignesium SMS notification service, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number that you provide when you sign up.
• Opt-in records — the timestamp, IP address, and exact consent language at the moment you opted in, retained for carrier and regulatory compliance.
• SMS message content — outbound and inbound messages exchanged with your registered phone number, retained for debugging, conversational continuity, and dispute resolution.
• Service-specific inputs — credentialing, licensing, scheduling, or related professional information you choose to share so we can generate reminders relevant to you.

How we use it

• To deliver the SMS notifications you have opted in to.
• To respond to your replies, support inquiries, and standard SMS keywords (HELP, STOP).
• To debug the service, improve reminder accuracy, and prevent abuse.
• To comply with carrier requirements, applicable law, and regulatory obligations including A2P 10DLC compliance.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
• We do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not send promotional messages outside the scope of the reminders you signed up to receive.

Service providers

We use Twilio, Inc. as our SMS delivery provider. Twilio processes your phone number and message content solely on our behalf to deliver the messages we send and to relay your replies back to us. Twilio's handling of that data is governed by Twilio's own privacy policy.

Data retention

Account information and message logs are retained for as long as your subscription remains active. Opt-in records are retained for as long as legally required for carrier and regulatory compliance, typically a minimum of two years following the end of your subscription. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; we honor deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to opt-in records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure; you accept the inherent risks of any internet-based service when using Craignesium.

Your choices

• Opt out of SMS — reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
• Delete your data — email us at the address below to request deletion of your account and associated information.
• Update your information — email us to correct or update any information on file.

Children

Craignesium is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or email to active subscribers.
